I was told that once you're a mother that strange thoughts invade your head. Be lasting effects from the hormone or permanent damage from sleep deprivation, bewildering thoughts are now the mainstay. And because of technology, I'd like to share some thoughts with you....
Do babies realize when they hit a milestone? Do they celebrate things like YEAH! I rolled over or do they just think...hey that's a different view of the carpet?
Do babies dream? And if so, what do they dream about?
Why doesn't someone pinch my thighs and say they're cute? I have just as many rolls as the baby.
How many years can you blame the "baby weight?" Is a year pushing it? And when do you have to give up maternity jeans? SOOOOOOOOOOOO comfy.
Do you always have to use the car seat? (Man that thing is heavy sometimes).
Would it be legal to slap someone because they ask what your baby boy's name is when the little girl is dressed in head to toe pink?
Is my daughter going to have brain damage from all the TV watching going on during feeding? Is there going to be some strange association between breasts and the food network when she's older?
Do all those bows lead to a lifetime aversion to feminine clothing?
Just some random thoughts. Be glad I didn't include on thoughts on dairy cows who have gained a special place in my heart these days.
